Against impossible odds, the crew of Apollo 13, and thousands of people on the ground, all work diligently on ingenious solutions to bring them safely home. The fact that this crew survived this mission is one of the truly wondrous tales of our generation.

Aladdin hit screens in 1992. Disney's animated Arabian Days storyline is polished through the sensibility of an old Warner Bros. animation, as Aladdin brings up a Genie who is overflowing with shtick. Williams' comedic fast fire patter forms the attraction of this otherwise conventional tale, colorfully (and tunefully) shown. Cast includes Voices of Scott Weinger, Robin Williams, Linda Larkin, Jonathan Freeman, Frank Welker, Gilbert Gottfried, Douglas Seale and the harmonizing voices of Brad Kand and Lea Salonga.

Borderline was released in 1950. Unusual thriller comedy in which L.A. police officer Trevor tries to gather proof contrary to cunning drug smuggler Burr when mixing with hard gentleman MacMurray in Mexico. Starts out hopefully, although eventually slows down in silliness. Burr makes a articulate scoundrel.The cast includes Fred MacMurray, Claire Trevor, Raymond Burr, Jose Torvay, Morris Ankrum, and Roy Roberts.

It Takes All Kinds was released in 1969. Fair triple-cross drama in reference to Miles' guarding of Lansing after the man inadvertently kills a sailor in a fight in Australia. Cast includes Vera Miles, Barry Sullivan, Sid Melton, and Dime Sugg.

Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, Small town band hits it big, in an effort to associate melodies from The Beatles' memorable album into some kind of a storyline. As to The Bee Gees performing ability, well let's just say that they are not the Beatles. Cast includes Peter Frampton, The Bee Gees, George Bums, Sandy Farina, and Steve Martin.

Trading Hearts came out in 1988. Trading Hearts is a romantic comedy in which a bright young daughter (Lewis) tries to exploit her mom (D' Angelo), a show-biz failure, into marriage with a busted-down baseball player (Raul Julia). Cast includes Raul Julia, Beverly D' Angelo, Jenny Lewis, and Parris Buckner.

Belles on Their Toes was released in 1952. Here, Myrna Loy is cast as a widowed architect who will battle to raise her aging brood. 20th Century Fox back lot seen at its best in recollecting early 1900s America. Clifton Webb makes a short appearance at the ending. Cast includes Myrna Loy, Jeanne Crain, Debra Paget, Jeffrey Hunter, Edward Arnold, Hoagy Carmichael, Barbara Bates, Robert Arthur, Verna Felton, and Martin Milner.

Mrs. Dalloway hit the big screen 1998. Redgrave is radiant as the spouse of a British M.P., who on the night of a soiree, thinks back to her adolescence when she selected between a safe, secure life and a more challenging presence with a gentleman who genuinely loved her. McElhone is a phenomenal match for Redgrave in the flashback scenes. Cast includes Vanessa Redgrave, Natascha McElhone, Rupert Graves, Michael Kitcben, Alan Cox, Lena Headey, Amelia Bulhnore, Sarah Badel, Oliver Ford Davies, Katie Carr, John Sitting, Robert Hardy, Margaret Tyzack, and Phyllis Calvert.

Dracula's Daughter was made 1936. Continuance of the Lugosi classic portrays Holden as a vampire.Pichel adds excitement as her malevolent manservant. Hillyer, usually a B-Western director, manages to permeate this chiller with a moody, subtly sensual quality. Cast includes Gloria Holden, Otto Kruger, Marguerite Churchill, Irving Pichel, Edward Van Sloan, Nan Grey, and Hedda Basket. - 18758
