The original and some say the top one, from 1974 - Gone in 60 Seconds. Featuring "Eleanor" a yellow 1973 Ford Mustang and an additional one of the best car chases in a 40-minute ending to the film. Crash course on the nitty-gritty of pilfering cars. But don't fail to remember the remake.
From the year 2000 - Gone in 60 Seconds. With an all-star cast list and crew including Nicolas Cage and Angelina Jolie and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer. This film is not about the flair of the actors but only about the bling of the cars. Stolen cars, fast cars, wrecked cars. This movie is about the cars.
From 1981 and from 1984, The Cannonball Run and The Cannonball Run 2. An peculiar players of characters and illegitimate street racing across the country. They will do anything to prevail.
From 1983- the only horror movie listed- Christine. From the tome by Stephen King, so you know it can fright the bejeejees out of you. Starring a very cool but chilling and mad 1957 Plymouth Fury.
And everyone's all-time favorite from 1973- American Graffiti. Takes us all back to the summer of 62. Features an all-star cast before they became stars. Ron Howard, Harrison Ford, Richard Dreyfuss, Cindy Williams and Mackenzie Phillips.
