A Sampling Of Informative Movie Outlines To View

By Cecil Wong

Until recently, if you wanted to watch a movie, a trip to a video store like blockbuster was your only option. High speed internet access has now made it possible to download movies right off a movie download site. Here are some examples of movies you can acquire through a movie download site.

Money Train: Two unlikely foster brothers John, a black man, and Charlie, a white man, are both transit cops in New York. Charlie is up to his neck in bad gambling debts, and he decides it is time to do something he and John always dreamed about. Rob the money train. Will he be able to pull it off?

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone: On Harry's eleventh birthday, he learns about who he is. He is the orphaned son of two very powerful wizards. He too has magical powers, and he is invited to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He is off on the biggest adventure imaginable.

The Mark of the Hawk: Abnormal story intelligently performed, set in modern-day Africa, with peaceful vs. violent means for racial equality the prime topic. Cast includes Eartha Kitt, Sidney Poitier, Juano Hernandez, and John McIntire. (83 minutes,'57)

Night Must Fade: Cerebral effort to match the original, this redo is too apparent and theatrical for any credibility. Cast includes Albert Finney, Susan Hampshire, Mona Washbourne, Sheila Hancock, Michael Medwin, Joe Gladwin, and Martin Wyldeck. (105 minutes,'64)

Lilith: A somewhat accurate rendition of a J. R. Salamanca novel in regards to a novice therapist who falls in love with a bothered subject. Lilith is an investigating, if not completely pleasing, look at the numerous aspects of madness and love. This would be director-author Rossen's last film. Cast includes Warren Beatty, Jean Seberg, Peter Fonda, Kim Hunter, Jessica Walter, Anne Meacham, and Gene Hackman. (114 minutes,'64)

Time Machine: Inventor Alexander Hartedegen believes that time travel is possible. When he suffers the loss of a loved one to a tragic death, he is now determined to back in time to change the events. He rushes his invention, and makes an attempt at time travel. The only problem is that he winds up 800,000 years into the future.

Raise the Red Lantern: Striking reenactment of the life of a young concubine in'20's China, as university educated gal (Gong Li) is sent to feudal nobleman's palatial home to become his latest spouse. The relations between her and her predecessors, all of whom live on the premises. The interaction amid the ladies, the servants, and their master are brilliantly played out. The film provides an exceptional view of sex, dependability, and captivity during that time. Cast includes Gong Li, Ma Jingwu, He Caifei, Cao Cuifeng, Jin Shuyuan, Kong Lin, Ding Weimin, and Cui Zhihgang. (125 minutes,'91)

It Takes All Kinds: Fair triple-cross drama in reference to Miles' guarding of Lansing after the man inadvertently kills a sailor in a fight in Australia. Cast includes Vera Miles, Barry Sullivan, Sid Melton, and Dime Sugg. (98 minutes,'69)

Act of the Heart: A religious based film that deals with religion and people who become obsessed with it. A young lady falls in love with a priest in the Catholic Church with obvious difficulties to follow. Stars include Genevieve Bujold, Donald Sutherland, Bill Mitchell, and Monique Leyrac. (1970 Canadian-drama directed by Paul Almond)

Okay, if you're looking for downloads, try phrases like "Internet Movie Rentals". Not all searches get the right result. If the first one fails to work out try another one. You might find what you are looking for with a search like "Downloading Movies Online". - 18758
