By Antonio Davinci

When you attend any of the many Sacramento concerts which take place all throughout the year, you are guaranteed a fantastic time. You should not have any kind of problem finding a concert that you would love to attend. Sacramento is an ultimate destination for many of the top music acts in the United States, if not the entire world. If you want to attend a concert in this magnificent city, check out just what is in store for you.

Now, you are probably thinking about big name concerts right now, in the popular genres of country, pop, rock, and things of that nature. Trust, you will be able to find plenty of those genres in the city. As a matter of fact, many of your favorite artists are due in the city within the next few months!

That is likely the reason that people from all over California flock to Sacramento. Quite often, tickets for the venues there are much more affordable than you will find in venues which exist in places like Los Angeles. In the scheme of things, spending a little extra on gas money to get to the city is well worth the effort.

Then, too, people from neighboring states are well known for traveling to Sacramento to see a concert, as long as the performance promises to be worth it. This is especially true of people who live in states like Nevada and even Oregon. When you consider that people are willing to travel so much to attend concerts in Sacramento, you have to admit that there must be something to this.

But how do you find out about these concerts? Well, for one thing, there ought to be plenty of local advertising. If you do not want to leave it up to chance, however, head on over to the Internet. You can go to lots of venue sites on there which will let you know when concerts are coming up in your area.

However, such places typically only let you know about popular concerts, and that is not all you can enjoy in Sacramento. There are plenty of chamber music concerts and classical music concerts there are well. Some of them take place in parks, some in auditoriums, and some in other, similar venues. Local advertising should let you know.

As you can see, you have plenty of choices when it comes to concerts in Sacramento. Doing your best to attend them is well worth the effort. Moreover, you are always guaranteed a fantastic, memorable show! - 18758

September 9, 2009: Christmas Is Coming Early For Beatles Fanatics

By Jamie T. Winston

The Holidays come early for Beatles fans this year. 9/9/9 is the day when the new remastered Beatles CDs finally come out after wait of over 20 years.

The Beatles first released their albums on CD in 1987 and at that time CD technology was still quite new. The mastering done for those CD is considered to be of inferior quality, which is why Beatles fans have been impatiently waiting for these new remastered CDs.

But the excitement from 9/9/9 doesn't just come from the fact that the albums are being remastered for the first time since their original release on CD, it also comes from the mono box set that is being released on that day.

This is the first time that the original mono mixes of The Beatles albums are going to be available on CD.

The mono mixes interest people today because some think of them as the "real" versions of these albums. So even though mono is now an outdated way of mixing, there is reason to want to hear these mixes today.

In the 1960s mono mixes were considered to be of primary importance while stereo was still a new technology that wasn't taken very seriously just yet. Because of this the band spent a lot more time working on getting their mono mixes right. The stereo mixes would often be done without any input from the band at all, actually.

Some claim that the mono versions of Sgt. Pepper & Revolver are far better than the stereo mixes. Those of us who grew up with the stereo versions find that hard to believe, but I think we are very curious to hear what these old timers are talking about, too.

9/9/9 is more than just a day for new Beatles CDs, it's also a day for new Beatles themed video game: Beatles Rock Band. This game will allow you to "play" and Beatles classics through their beginnings in Liverpool through their finally studio album, Abbey Road. And yes Abbey Road was their last album, Let It Be was recorded before Abbey Road!

Even if you aren't too into playing video games I think the Beatles Rock Band game is worth giving a chance to if you're a big Beatles fan. It should be great fun to sing and drum to The Beatles songs (the guitar part I don't really care for, I know from playing other Rock Band games that it's not really related to playing real guitar.) - 18758

Enjoy Your Cell Phone Ringback Tones

By Matt Brodderick

Ringback tones - this is the new cellphone customization craze of the 2000's. If you're a cellphone user, there is little chance that you haven't already heard of them. What I'd like to do is give you a couple of ideas about how you can have fun with ringback tones on your cell.

My favorite thing about ringback tones is probably not something that many people think of, but the majority of the ringback clips that I put on my cellphone are not music, but instead they are just plain audio clips. Well, not just any old clips - the ringback tones that I look for mostly fun clips that will make any body that calls me smile or even laugh out loud.

Probably the best ones that I've heard recently are replays of the classic comedy monologues. I know these days that these clips are probably quite foreign to new generations, but adding a clip like "who's on first" is just a really fun thing, when you know you can make your friends or relatives smile for a few minutes every time they call you.

More often though, you will hear just a music clip when you call someone and they have installed a ringback. Although these are a little more common-place, since most people look for their newest favorite song, they can still be fun. If you are into the latest charts releases, then you'll have no shortage of music to choose from, since the wireless carriers make sure to have the most popular current music available, since this is where the majority of people select their tones from.

Outside of the current pop-charts, if you are still more a music person than comedy or audio, there is bound to be an extensive selection you can choose your ringback tones from. Even if your musical taste is eclectic or obscure, the music libraries of cellphone carriers is quite extensive, and is updated regularly to cater to all sorts of different musical tastes.

Setting up and configuring the ringback tones for your cellphone is not a difficult process. You have two options - either use the phone interface and use the number pad to make your selections. Or you can go to the web and browse, listen to, order and configure the schedules you want for your ringback tones to play. Notice that I did say 'order' your selections, since there currently isn't any way to upload your own ringbacks, you are limited to the cell carrier's selection and price list. Even with that, I am certainly going to continue to use ringback tones on my cell, because the cost is pretty minimal, and I really enjoy the added personality it gives my cellphone. At the very least, it's a conversation starter! - 18758

Bass guitar has basically four strings in its common and basic model. You can find bass guitar performers that are currently playing six and even seven strings in a bass guitar.

You should have the capacity to play at least the standard four bass guitars, but if you see a performer playing six and seven stings it doesn't mean they are better bass guitar players than you.

Furthermore, the brand of your bass guitar is very important, because there are affordable but high quality brands such as Ibanez which is also a brand of electric guitars and other kind of instruments. Buying a bass guitar could be a great experience if you have the propel guide. - 18758
