Passenger 57: Mastermind terrorist Charles Rane has hijacked flight 163. When they terrorist make their move, passenger 57, security expert John Cutter, is in the bathroom. When he comes out, he sees the situation, remains unseen, and plots to save the flight, and it's passengers.

Muse Concert: Paper thin yet cute romantic comedy in reference to a cleaned-up '80s pop megastar (Permit) who gets a huge break getting to perform an original melody with a modern day music megastar (Bennett) if he can only find a lyricist with whom he could work with. Permit is at his best, throwing off a constant flow of ludicrous lines. (96 minutes, 2007)Cast includes Hugh Permit, Drew Barrymore, Brad Garrett, Kristen Johnston, Campbell Scott, and Haley Bennett.

A Good Woman: Strange rendition of Oscar Wilde's Woman Windermere's Fan, which has been filmed a few times over the years, set in Italy instead of England and updated from the'90s to the'30s. A number of Wilde's British characters now are Americans. Cast includes Helen Seek, Scarlett Johansson, Milena Vukotic, Stephen Campbell Moore, Mark Umbers, Tom Wilkinson, and Diana Hardcastle. Cast includes Colin Firth, Heather Graham, Minnie Driver, Mary Steenburgen, Oliver Platt, and. (92 minutes, 2003)

Sgt. Bilko: An army comedy with Steve Martin, Dan Akroyd and Phil Hartman. Sgt Bilko does basically everything but army duties with his platoon of soldiers. Life in Sgt. Bilko's army is quite nice. That is until Major Thorn shows up and tries to spoil the fun.

The Matrix Revolutions: Outside the matrix, humans battle valiantly against the onslaught of Sentinels. Meanwhile Neo is inside the matrix, trying to get to the source, and stop the devastation from within. Neo eventually confronts the Deux Ex Machina, and makes a deal to stop the war. His confrontation with Smith will decide the fate of both civilizations, and his true destiny.

Pack Up Your Troubles: Daffy two-some are followed throughout WW1 after some Army shenanigans they try to pinpoint family members of late friends' daughter. This is a fun movie. Cast includes George Marshall, Stan Laurel, Oliver Hardy, Mary Carr, Grady Sutton, and Billy Gilbert. (68 minutes,'32)

Mission Impossible III: Ethan Hunt is called back into action to take down a ruthless arms dealer, Owen Davian. They pull off an incredible, and capture Owen at the Vatican. While transporting him into custody, the convoy is attacked, and Owen is freed. Now they must recapture him soon, Ethan's wife to be has been captured, and time is running out.

M: Fascinating, brilliant re-make of the Fritz Lang classic set in L.A., with Wayne as young killer being chased down by a group of mobsters. Cast includes David Wayne, Howard De Silva, Luther Adler, Karen Morley, Joy Cartright, Martin Gabel, and Norman Lloyd. (88 minutes,'51)

Far and Away: A scrappy Irish occupant farmer hooks up, in doubtful style, with the comparably feisty daughter of a prosperous landowner, and together they travel to America to seek their final fate in the'93 Oklahoma land rush. Superlative platform for Tom and Nicole, who are both attractive and involving; the problem is a drastic absence of good dialogue to fill the gaps between fight scenes. Cast includes Tom Cruise, Nicole Kidman, Thomas Gibson, Robert Prosky, Barbara Babcock, Cohn Meaney, and Rance Howard. (140 minutes,'92)

Murder on Monday: Graceful all-megastar production of Agatha Christie's whodunit set in the'30s, with unrecognizable Finney as the master-sleuth Hercule Poirot, and all his suspects on the same railroad train. Vibrant amusement, although severely slow paced. Bergman won Best Supporting Actress Oscar. Cast includes Albert Finney, Lauren Bacall, Martin Balsam, Ingrid Bergman, Jacqueline Bisset, Jean-Pierre Cassel, Sean Connery, John Gielgud, and Wendy Hiller. (128 minutes,'74)

Million Dollar Baby: Maggie Fitzgerald is a middle-aged woman with a dream. She is determined to become a championship boxer, and she just won't quite. She needs Frankie, a local boxing trainer to help. He is reluctant at first, but Maggie's unstoppable spirit sweeps him in.

Iron Will: Kid enters a Winnipeg-to-St. Paul dog-sled race in the WW1 era. The outcome is so predictable that you nearly anticipate everything that will happen from to start to finish.
